Outlet

Outlet products include open-box units, demonstration samples, showroom items, and discontinued models offered at special pricing. All units are fully tested and covered by the standard Auris warranty.

In the event of a warranty claim, Auris Audio will repair the product or, at its discretion, replace it with an equivalent unit. Due to the special nature and discounted pricing of Outlet products, refunds are not available.

If Auris Audio agrees to accept a return outside of warranty obligations, all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other related charges shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
