In case  you think your device is not working properly, send it to us for an inspection with freight paid. Once your item arrives to Auris Repair Center deadline for resolving the complaint is up to 45 days. Once a resolution is established, we will email you with further instruction. 

Please note:

Product must be in like-new condition and repackaged in the original box with all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
